The Falcons football team is ready to play its qualifying match against their rivals, the Panthers! All the team members are ready, the coach is ready, and the two additional referees are also ready! 

But preparation alone can’t guarantee success, especially when some people think it’s okay to start cheating. What’s even worse is that the people who are cheating are the ones that are supposed to be enforcing the rules in the first place! 

Is it possible to even play football without rules and regulations? Isn’t it important that people be held accountable – especially when breaking these rules?
