The Secrets of China's Economic Development

Tsai Fang was born in 1956 and graduated from the People’s University of China (Renmin University of China), where he received his doctorate in economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Fang was elected deputy to the people at the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a member of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress at its twelfth session, a member of the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Committee, and is currently Vice-President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
